摘要
中国加入WTO之后 ,法学教育面临着前所未有的挑战和机遇。为适应这种挑战 ,中国法学教育必须走向国际化。其中包括法学教育理念国际化、法律人才培养模式国际化和法学教学内容国际化。
After Chinese entry into WTO,legal education encounters challenges and chances never encountered before.In order to adapt to such challenges,Chinese legal education has to be internationalized.Authors carry out some discussion on the internationalization of legal-education ideology,the mode of lawyer-cultivating and legal teaching content.
