提出一种用 HNO3作为消化试剂 ,MK- 型光纤压力自控密闭微波消解系统提供微波热源来测定土壤硫的方法 ,并研究了测定中 HNO3的用量、微波消解功率及时间的设定 .研究表明 :用 HNO3作为消化试剂 ,0 .5 MPa压力下 1 min,1 .0 MPa压力下 3 min,1 .5 MPa压力下 6min微波消解土壤 ,Ba SO4
Microwave digestion with HNO\-3 for soil sulfur measurement was investigated in the present paper. Also discussed here were the related parameters for digestion with microwave (Model: MK\|Ⅲ) such as the amount of HNO\-3, heating time, and heating power. Digestion with 5.0 ml of 1∶3 HNO\-3 in volume consecutively under 0.5 MPa for 1.0 min, 1.0 Mpa for 3 min, and 1.5 MPa for 6.0 min was suggested for the measurement of sulfur in soil samples.
