摘要
对水价的制定原则、水价的组成、水价的制定方法和实施方法进行了分析,借鉴了英美两国的水价制定的方法,针对我国水价制定中存在的一些问题提出了建议。
The principle and the composition of water price and the method about establishing and implementing water price are analysed.Using the method of setting up water price in America and England for reference,some suggestions are put forward concerning the existing problems in establishing water price in China.
