摘要
为研究桥梁抗震性能,以山西风陵渡黄河公路特大桥的加固抗震设计为例,对89抗震规范和08抗震细则中各项规定进行计算、分析和比较,结果表明用89抗震规范和08抗震细则进行抗震计算结果出入较大。08抗震细则采用了两水准、两阶段设计,由单一的强度抗震设计修改为强度和变形双重指标控制的抗震设计;修订了水平设计加速度反应谱,增加了场地系数、阻尼调整系数、竖向设计加速度反应谱等内容,增加了地震作用分量组合、设计地震动时程等有关规定,取消了89规范中概念模糊的综合影响系数,引入了延性抗震设计和能力保护设计思想,从设计思想上比89规范考虑的更为全面、细致和安全,但参数取值是否合理,值得商榷。
To study the seismic performance of bridges,the seismically strengthening design of Fenglingdu Huanghe River Highway Bridge in Shanxi is cited as an example,the various provisions in the Specifications of Earthquake Resistant Design of Highway Engineering,1989 and in the Guidelines for Seismic Design of Highway Bridges,2008 are calculated,analyzed and compared.The results show that the differences of the calculation according to the Specifications,1989 and the Guidelines,2008 are great.In the Guidelines,the...
