An Analysis of the Methods for Estimating the Dry Low NO_x Pollutant Emissions From a Combustor

摘要 NOx/CO污染物排放预测是重型燃气轮机低污染(DLN)燃烧室设计技术的重要环节,预测的准确性取决于估算式是否合理适用。为此,对已有估算式的适用性进行了分析,预测我国第一台自主设计的R0110重型燃气轮机燃烧室的污染排放性能,并与试验数据进行对比。结果表明,现有估算式大多不适用,相对可用式只能给出数量级相当的结果;主要原因一是公式对燃烧区温度较为敏感;二是这些公式不能体现现代低污染燃烧室的结构特点,亟需进一步研究和改进。 Prediction of NOx/CO pollutant emissions constitutes an important link of the technology for designing a low pollution(dry low NOx) combustor for heavy duty gas turbines and its accuracy depends on whether the estimation formula adopted is rational and applicable or not.For this purpose,the applicability of currently available estimation formulae was analyzed and the pollutant emissions performance of R0110 heavy duty gas turbine combustor,the first set self-designed by China,predicted.On this basis,a compa...
