摘要
分析了内蒙古西部电网风电发展情况及接纳能力,总结2009年冬季供热情况。在研究近来东送华北主网潮流ACE越限原因后,提出大规模风电接入后在冬季供热方式下电网的控制方式。
Analysis of the western Inner Mongolia power grid development and acceptance of wind power capacity,summed up the situation in 2009 winter heating.In examining the recent trend of the East sent to North China main network more limited reason for the ACE,the large-scale wind power access to the winter heating mode after the grid control mode.
