摘要
经过多年努力,我国的警民关系在总体上逐步趋于好转,但还不够稳定。既有公安工作实践差异的影响,也有理论基础较为薄弱的因素。作为西方经典理论的合作主义从不同层面为建设和谐警民关系提供了新思路。而选择以合作主义为理论基础来研究警民关系,最终目的是为了解决警民关系的稳定问题。
