摘要
当前民事执行存在问题较多与我国监督制度的缺陷有很大关系。人民检察院作为国家的专门性法律监督机关,能有效地优化组合监督方式,其对民事执行监督不但是正当的而且是有必要的。在进一步修改《民事诉讼法》时,应当专门对民事执行检察监督的基本原则与监督方式进行规定,并尽可能将其具体化,以增强权威性和可操作性。
