摘要
目的:通过对半个世纪以来穴位体表温度研究进行评述,总结研究的成就、存在问题及未来的研究方向。方法:在维普、CNKI以穴位温度、经络温度、皮肤温度、穴位温度测定仪等为关键词检索文献94篇,根据其中密切相关文献35篇进行评述。结果:各研究单位在穴位温度正常值、穴位相对于非穴的体表温度特异性表现、针灸对穴位温度的影响、穴位温度与脏腑病证的相关性等方面做了大量的工作,但还有深入研究的空间。结论:今后可在现有研究基础上以穴位温度为客观指标深入细致的研究不同生理、病理状态下穴位及非穴位温度的不同表现、穴位温度变化的影响因素以及穴位温度变化的相关机制,最终为回答穴位的特异性、穴位脏腑相关以及补泻手法的效应等方面提供依据。
Objective:We reviewed studies about surface temperature of acupoint since 50’s,We summarized the achievements of the studies,problems of the studies and the directions of the future research.Methods:We searched out the research on surface temperature of acupuncture literature 94,closely related to the literature 33 from the Pubmed、CNKI、VIP and other databases since 50’s.Results:Many studies have been done about the normal temperature of acupoint,the differences of temperature between acupoint and non-acupoint,the impacts of acupuncture on temperature of acupuncture points,the relationship between organs syndrome and temperature of acupoint.Then there are a lot of other researches need that to be done.Conclusion:In the future we are going to study the temperature manifestations of acupoint and non-point in different physiological and pathological conditions,factors that affect the temperature of acupoint,mechanisms about the temperature of acupoint.We will provide the basis for the specificity of acupoints,the relationship between acupoints and the organs,as well as the effect of reinforcing and reducing techniques.
