摘要
特发性脱髓鞘性视神经炎(IDON)是视神经炎的最常见类型,在其临床病程中发现许多患者出现视盘颜色变白,但视力尚好。对此类视盘变白应有正确的认识,千万不要将其作为视功能差或不可能恢复的标志。本文重点评述了IDON患者出现视盘变白的原因、机理及其与视功能的关系,以加强青年眼科医生对此现象的正确认识。
The idiopathic demyelinating optic neuritis (IDON) is the most common category of optic neuritides. There are many patients who have optic disc whitening,but have good visual acuity.
