摘要
运用傅立叶变换红外光谱技术对AOT/异辛烷 /水油包水型微乳液中水分子的O -H伸缩振动吸收峰和AOT分子中的羰基、磺酸根伸缩振动吸收峰进行了研究 .结果表明水分子的O -H伸缩振动在 30 50~ 3750cm- 1范围内由 4个子峰拟合而成 ,分别位于 ( 361 0± 1 0 )cm- 1,( 3540± 2 0 )cm- 1,( 34 4 0± 2 0 )cm- 1和 ( 32 2 5± 1 0 )cm- 1,被指认为处于表面活性剂疏水链间的捕获水、与磺酸根相互作用的结合水、在水核中与纯水相似的自由水和与Na+ 相互作用的结合水 .AOT分子中酯键上羰基伸缩振动的红外光谱呈现非对称吸收峰 ,分别位于( 1 739± 1 )cm- 1和 ( 1 72 5± 2 )cm- 1,这两个峰与微乳液中AOT分子的偏转(Gauche)构象和反式 (Trans)构象中羰基的不同指向相对应 ,两峰面积的比表明两种不同构象含量的变化 .磺酸根在 ( 1 2 1 0± 3)cm- 1和 ( 1 2 4 7± 3)cm- 1处 ,峰的分裂表明磺酸根和Na+ 与水分子有不同的相互作用 .
Microstructure of water and conformation of AOT in AOT/isooctane/water reverse microemulsion system has been studied using fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR).The broad peaks obtained for water O-H and carbony bands for AOT have been resolved by curve fitting.O-H stretching vibration bands of water from 3 050 to 3 750 cm -1 is composed of four types water,they located around (3 610±10) cm -1 , (3 540±20) cm -1 ,(3 440±20) cm -1 and (3 225±10) cm -1 ,respectively corresponded to trapped water,bound water with sulfonate、free water and bound water with Na + [CM(38]counterion.The stretching band of carbony in AOT splitted into two peaks located at (1 739±1) cm -1 and (1 725±2) cm -1 .They were assigned to different direction of carbony in Gauche conformation and Trans conformation of AOT.These observations reflect changes in the relative populations of different rotation conformations about the acyl C-C bond with the intensity changes at (1 739±1) cm -1 and (1 725±2) cm -1 .The splitting of the asymmetric sulfonate stretching at (1 210±2) cm -1 and (1 247±3) cm -1 indicated that there are interaction between sulfonate moiety with sodium counterion and water molecule.
