摘要
通过分析近几年中国篮球运动的滑坡原因之一———后备力量培养体制不完善及后备力量严重匮乏 ,并就相关问题提出建议。
This article probes into the problem derived from the imperfect cultivation system of reserve forces and the deficiency in reserve forces, one of the elements that have caused the ever degradation of basketball performance in China these years.Pieces of advice are given for reference.
