摘要
本文立足于宋代民风普遍好讼的社会历史背景 ,重点分析了宋代福建地区的民间诉讼问题 ,指出由于社会生产的逐渐发展 ,宋代福建人地矛盾的也日趋急剧 ,在这种历史条件下 ,统治腐朽。
This article pays attention to the analysis of the problems in lawsuit among Fujian people in Song Dynasty based on the background that lawsuit was popular among the people at that time.It also points out that with the development of social production,the contradictory between people and land became worsened in Song Dynasty.Under such circumstances,decayed ruling and exorbibant taxes are the main reasons for the lawsuits such as striving mostly for lands.
