摘要
本文首先从村镇住宅建设的开发模式的内涵分析入手,在研究了上海农村村镇住宅建设试点开发模式类型、特点以及存在的问题的基础上,提出了上海农村村镇住宅开发模式的新思路和创新意义并探讨了可能面临的问题。
This article starts from the connotational analyses of the developing model of residence in countries and towns of Shanghai, and then puts forward the new idea the residence constructing in countries and towns of Shanghai on the bases of the researches on its styles, characters, and its present problems as well. In the end, this article discusses the innovative meanings of this new idea, the enlightenment and the possible problems to be fared in the future.
