摘要
从 1995年哈同公路建设项目起 ,工程建设监理在我省开始进入全面实行阶段 ,但在实际执行中 ,与国际贯例的FIDIC监理模式相比 ,存在着很大差距 ,更多地是一种混合型的监理模式。文中阐述了这种模式的表现形式及其存在的根源 ,对其利弊进行了分析 ,并为进一步规范工程建设监理制度提出了几点建议。
The model of work construction supervision system is a mixed one compared with FIDIC supervision model,The form of expression and source for the model,and its advantages and disadvantages are analyzed.The recommondation is suggested to regulate the work construction supervision system.
