体育的竞争归根到底是体育科技和人才的竞争。人才管理的现代化是社会发展的需要。建立体育科技人才库有利于体育科技人才的管理。
The implication of sports competition refers to that of both the talents and sports science. However, the modern talent management becomes important to meet the need of social development. Therefore, the construction of material of talent in sports science goes useful for the management, use and exchange.
