摘要
针对中国石油化工股份有限公司洛阳分公司8.0 Mt/a常减压蒸馏装置常压塔塔顶石脑油干点与常一线喷气燃料闪点控制难度大的问题,通过对常压塔塔板效率和日常统计数据的技术分析,判断塔顶部塔板有结盐情况。采取提升塔顶回流罐界位、对常压塔进行在线水洗的方法,解决了石脑油干点和喷气燃料闪点控制难度大问题,且未对装置正常生产产生不良影响。还提出了预防塔顶结盐的措施。
