摘要
对1 Mt/a汽柴油加氢精制装置运行中出现的汽提塔塔底热源不足,加热炉排烟温度高,风机烟气轮机设计偏大,汽提塔顶外排气调节阀及副线偏小,装置靠外排氢气来保证循环氢纯度及硫化氢含量要求等问题提出了优化方案,方案实施后,相应问题均得到解决。
To find solutions to the insufficient heat supply at the stripper bottom in a 20 000 b/d gasoline and diesel hydrofining unit,high flue gas emission temperature of furnace,large design capacity of blower, small control valve at the stripper overhead vent,dependence on hydrogen venting to maintain the required purity of recycle hydrogen and meet H_2 S content specifications,different optimization options are proposed for optimized unit operation at the lowest investment.
