摘要
目的了解个体化健康管理对广州某医院护士生命质量的影响。方法使用SF-36量表对实施个体化健康管理前后的调查对象进行测试并比较。结果健康管理前护士在GH(总体健康)、VT(精力)、RE(情绪角色功能)、MH(精神健康)方面较健康管理后的评分低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论调查对象经个体化健康管理后,生命质量明显好于健康管理前。
Objective To investigate the impact of health management on life quality of nurses in a Guangzhou hospital.Methods The nurses were tested and compared with SF-36 before and after individualized health management.Results GH,VT,RE,MH in nurses before health management were lower than those after health management with statistical difference(P <0.05).Conclusion The nurses have better life quality after individualized health management than before.
