摘要
目的调查原发性肝癌患者经皮肝动脉化疗栓塞术后体能水平。方法采用最大体能法测量原发性肝癌患者TACE术后的体能水平。结果 66.3%患者的体能评级属于非常差,患病时间>6个月比3～6个月和<3个月的患者体能差(F=15.202,P<0.01)。结论原发性肝癌患者TACE术后的体能受损严重,并随患病时间的增长体能受损加重。
Objective To investigate the physical performance of patients with primary liver cancer(PLC) after transcatheter arterical chemoembolization(TACE) surgery.Methods The physical performance of patients with PLC was measured by maximum physical method.Results The physical ratings of 66.3% patients were very poor,the physical performance for the sick time over 6 months was poor than 3 ～ 6 months and less than 3 months(F =15.202,P <0.01).Conclusions The patients with PLC after TACE surgery have poor physical ...
