摘要
[目的]观察自拟固精饮治疗心肾不交型遗精的临床疗效。[方法]将70例心肾不交型遗精患者随机分为两组。治疗组40例,采用自拟固精饮治疗;对照组30例,采用艾司唑仑片治疗。疗程为28天。[结果]近期治愈率、总有效率治疗组分别为37.5%、90.0%,对照组分别为16.6%、46.6%,2组比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。[结论]固精饮治疗心肾不交型遗精疗效确切。
[Objective] To observe the effect of Gujing Decoction in treating seminal emission of heart fire flaring and kidney deficiency. [Methods] Randomly divide 70 cases into 2 groups, the trial group 40 cases take Gujing Decoction, the control group 30 cases take estazolam. All were treated for 28d. [Results] The cure rate and total effective rate of the trial group were 37.5%,90.0%, the control group were 16.6%,46.6%;the therapeutic effect between the two groups was significantly different. [Conclusion] Gujing Decoction has obvious effect on seminal emission of heart fire flaring and kidney deficiency.
