摘要
[目的]观察蛇六谷石油醚萃取物B部位对大鼠胶质瘤C6、人胃癌SGC-7901、人肝癌HepG-2细胞的抑制作用,并对其作用机制进行探讨。[方法]采用MTT法、生长曲线法和吖啶橙荧光染色法测定蛇六谷石油醚萃取物B部位对C6、SGC-7901、HepG-2细胞生长及凋亡的影响。[结果]蛇六谷石油醚萃取物B部位均有不同程度的抑制上述三种细胞的增殖及导致细胞凋亡的作用。[结论]蛇六谷石油醚萃取物B部位在体外具有抗肿瘤作用,其机制可能与诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡有关。
[Objective] To research the inhibitory action of fraction B separated from ligarine extract of Amorphophallus Konja on multiplication of rat gliocytoma C6 cells,humor stomach cancer SGC-7901 cells and humor hepatoma HepG-2 cells,and preliminarily study its mechanism.[Methods] The effects of the fraction B on cells growth and apoptosis of rat gliocytoma C6 cells,humor stomach cancer SGC-7901 cells and humor hepatoma HepG-2 cells were detected by MTT,growth curve and acridine orange fluorescent stained.[Results] The fraction B had the effects on inhibiting the three cells above-mentioned multiplication and inducing cells apoptosis.[Conclusion] Fraction B separated from ligarine extract of Amorphophallus Konja has an anti-tumor effect in vitro,and its mechanism may be related with inducing tumor cells apoptosis.
