摘要
近年来,全国高校积极开展了大学生志愿者"四进社区"社会实践活动,鼓励大学生在实践中了解社会,增长才干,进一步提高思想政治水平和综合素质,深受社区居民的欢迎和好评。从近年的组织形式、实践效果等方面来看,也还存在不少问题。本文结合笔者近年来参与高校青年志愿者社区服务的组织实践,从意义、问题和对策三方面做探讨。
