摘要
随着工业化和现代化的迅速发展,工作世界面临着大量的问题,迫切需要企业社会工作的介入。基于此种背景,笔者在现代社会学理论的指导下,以广州A企业为研究样本,分析了A企业开展企业社会工作的背景、条件及现状,并由此对企业社会工作进行进一步的思考。笔者认为企业社会工作者在企业中是一个支点的角色,它追求员工与企业的平衡、协调。作为企业社会工作者必须具备相应的素质,但是当前企业社会工作者专业水平低,企业社会工作在中国的发展任重而道远。
