摘要
特色学科是行业院校保持核心竞争力的根本途径,但在管理体制转变后,其学科发展出现了很多问题。我们可以借鉴国外著名大学学科发展的成功经验,从创建学科平台,依托行业反哺特色学科,促进学科的交叉与融合,重视基础学科和加强特色学科教师发展等方面入手来建设行业院校的特色学科。
