摘要
在当前就业日益严峻的形势下,通过阐述医学生就业能力的内涵,明确医学生就业能力的重要性,探索通过深化教育教学改革提升医学生就业能力的途径,促成学生良好就业。
This paper explain the meaning of employability of medical students In the current increasingly grim situation of employment,explicit the importance of medical students'employability,to explore through Implementing educational reform to enhance the employability of the way medical students.
