土生鳞伞对Cd^(2+)的吸附特性 被引量:1

摘要 以土生鳞伞(Pholiota terrestris Overh.)子实体为生物吸附剂吸附水溶液中的Cd2+,分析吸附剂用量、初始pH值、初始重金属浓度、反应时间这4个因素对吸附的影响,并采用Langmuir和Freundlich等温吸附模型及准一级、准二级动力学模型拟合土生鳞伞的生物吸附特性。结果表明:水溶液中Cd2+的去除率随吸附剂用量和反应时间的增加而增大,当Cd2+的浓度为10 g/L时,土生鳞伞子实体吸附剂用量为2 g/L,反应2 h即可达到平衡吸附,且pH=6时吸附量最大。土生鳞伞子实体对Cd2+的吸附更符合Langmuir平衡模型,相关系数r2>0.99,土生鳞伞子实体对Cd2+的最大吸附量为8.67 mg/g。准二级动力学方程比准一级动力学方程能更好地描述土生鳞伞子实体对Cd2+的吸附。 Biosorption capacity of macrofungus,viz.Pholiota terrestris Overh.was evaluated on biosorption of Cd2+ from aqueous solutions.The optimum sorption conditions were studied.The optimum pH of the aqueous solution was found to be 6.0 for the removal of Cd2+.The percent removal of Cd2+ was found to increase with the increase in biosorbent dosage and contact time.The fitness of the biosorption data for Langmuir and Freundlich adsorption models was investigated.It was found that biosorption of Cd2+ ions onto the biomass was better suitable to Langmuir than Freundlich adsorption model.The highest metal uptake potential for cadmium of P.terrestris was 8.67 mg/g,at optimum conditions of pH 6.0,contact time of.120 min,biomass dosage of 2 g/L.Experimental data were also tested in terms of biosorption kinetics using pseudo-first-order and pseudo-second-order kinetic models.The results showed that the biosorption processes of Cd2+followed well pseudo-second-order kinetics.In conclusion,it can be evaluated as an alternative biosorbent to treatment wastewater containing Cd2+ ions,since P.terrestris is low-cost biomass and has a considerable high biosorption capacity.
