摘要
目的:研究奶母果对肾阳虚大鼠影响。方法:50只SD大鼠采用氢化可的松肌注制备肾阳虚大鼠模型后随机分为5组:模型对照组,阳性对照组(淫羊藿0.9 g/kg),奶母果低、中、高剂量组(1.8、3.7、7.4 g/kg),另取10只健康大鼠作为空白对照组。观察肾阳虚大鼠行为、体重和激素水平改变。结果:与模型组比较,奶母果中、高剂量和阳性对照组大鼠的肾阳虚体征明显改善,体重下降趋势得到纠正,且显著延长大鼠负重游泳时间,显著降低血清雌激素(E2)水平和升高血清睾酮(T)水平(P均<0.05)。结论:奶母果可改善肾阳虚大鼠模型症状,该作用可能与其调节激素水平和机体代谢有关。
Objective To investigate the effects of Ficus pumila L.extract in the treatment of rats with kidney-yang deficiency.Methods The rats model of kidney-yang deficiency were established in 50 SD rats with hydrocortisone intramuscular.Then the model rats were randomly diveded into 5 groups,including model group,postive control group(epimedium extract 0.9 g/kg),low,middle and high dose of Ficus pumila L.extract groups(1.8、3.7、7.4 g/kg),another 10 health rats were selected as normal control.The change of rats with kidney-yang deficiency in ethology,body weight and serum hormone levels were observed and recorded.Results Compare with model group,the symptom of rats in middle and high dose of Ficus pumila L.extract groups as well as positive control group were obviously improved,the decreased tendency of body weight were controlled,and the loading swimming times were significantly prolonged,the serum levels of E2 were decreased,the serum levels of T were increased(all P<0.05).Conclusion The extract of Ficus pumila L.could improve the symptom of rats with kidney-yang deficiency,which may be related to the regulation of serum hormone level and metabolism.
