摘要
目的:探讨酒蒸黄连对2型糖尿病大鼠氧化应激损伤的保护作用。方法:采用小剂量STZ复合高脂饲料建立大鼠2型糖尿病动物模型,连续灌胃4周后给予酒蒸黄连等药物干预,分别测定血清丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、一氧化氮(NO)及一氧化氮合酶(NOS)的含量/活性,观察酒蒸黄连对氧化反应相关指标的影响。结果:酒蒸黄连能明显提高模型大鼠血清SOD、GSH-Px活性,降低MDA含量及NO、NOS水平(P<0.01~0.05)。结论:酒蒸黄连具有明显的抗氧化应激作用,其作用可能与抑制上游氧自由基(ROS)的大量释放相关,该作用可能是酒蒸黄连改善胰岛素抵抗的作用机制之一。
Objective:To study the protective effect of wine evaporate coptis contributes to the oxidative stress damage of rats with type 2 diabetes.Method:The type 2 diabetes animal model was established by giving small dose STZ compound with high fat fodder to rat.The groups except the normal group and model group received gastric infusion of the corresponding drugs everyday for 4 weeks.The content/activity of MDA and SOD,GSH-Px,NO and NOS in rats serum were measured and oxidation reaction related indexes were observed.Result:Wine evaporate coptis can distinctly raise the SOD,GSH-Px activity and descend MDA,NO and NOS level.Conclusion:Wine evaporate coptis can obviously resist the injury caused by oxidative stress.Its effects may be related to the restriction of a large release of upstream ROS which may be the mechanism of wine evaporate coptis for the improvement of insulin resistance.
