摘要
选用蔗糖、8-羟基喹啉、6-苄基腺嘌吟作为瓶插保鲜液的基本成分,采用正交设计研究了不同保鲜液组合配方对紫萼切花瓶插保鲜的影响。结果表明:最优组合为30g/L蔗糖+400mg/L 8-HQ+50mg/L 6-BA,该处理使切花鲜重变化率峰值明显提高,瓶插寿命明显延长,能有效延缓紫萼切花衰老,提高观赏品质。
The effect of different combined formulas of fresh keeping liquid on cut Hosta ventricosa in vase were studied with sucrose,8-HQ,6-BA as basic components.The results showed that the optimal combination of relative was 30 g/L sucrose+400 mg/L 8-HQ+50 mg/L 6-BA,increased the fresh weight and vase life.This treatment also could delay senescence and enhance the ornamental value effectively.
