摘要
目的探讨复发性生殖器疱疹(RGH)患者的个性特征、心理健康及对生活质量的影响。方法采用艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)和皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI)分别对RGH患者及健康对照人群各100例进行进行问卷调查,数据采用SPSS 10.0软件进行统计分析。结果 RGH组EPQ的E量表和N量表得分明显高于健康对照组,P量表得分与健康对照组无明显差异,L量表得分低于健康对照组;SCL-90测定RGH组的躯体化、强迫、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖得分高于健康对照组;DLQI结果显示RGH组评分明显高于健康对照组。结论 RGH患者具有特殊的人格特征,存在明显的心理问题,主要表现为强迫、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖等症状,RGH严重影响了患者的生活质量。
Objective To analyze the personality characteristics and mental health state of the patients with recurrent genital herpes(RGH) and to evaluate their life quality.Methods Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ) and Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90) and Dermatology Life Quality Index(DLQI) were independently answered by 100 RGH patients and 100 healthy control people.Data were analyzed with SPSS 10.0.Results The result of EPQ in RGH patients on the E and N was higher than that of controls,while on L was lower than controls.There was no significant difference between two groups on P.The RGH patients had 5 sub-scores of SCL-90 with significantly higher average scores than that of control.They were somatization,obsessive,depression,anxiety,and phobia.DLQI scale results showed that the scores of the RGH patients group were higher than that of the control group with statistically significant difference.Conclusion RGH patients have special personality characteristics and psychosomatic symptoms such as obsessive,depression,anxiety and phobia.Their life quality were impacted severely.
