摘要
目的:总结中药配合胆道镜经T管窦道取石的临床疗效。方法:应用中药配合胆道镜经T管窦道取石治疗胆道术后残余结石。结果:129例患者中,124例结石全部取净,取净率96.12%。取石次数1-6次,平均2.1次。12例出现不良反应与并发症,发生率9.30%。结论:中药可调整和改善胆道内环境,有利于胆道炎症的消退,具有溶石排石的作用,降低了胆道镜经T管窦道治疗胆道术后残余结石的取石难度,有利于提高结石取净率,且可预防结石复发。
Objective:Summary by traditional Chinese medicine with choledochoscope through t-tube fistula stone-free clinical curative effect.Method:Application by traditional Chinese medicine combined with choledochoscope through the t-tube fistula stone-free cure biliary postoperative residual stones.Results:129 cases,124 cases all take net stone,take net rate is 96.12%.Stone-free number 1~ 6 times,average 2.1 times.12 cases deelop aderse reactions and complications,9.30%incidence.Conclusion:Chinese traditional medicine can adjust and improve the biliary internal environment,be helpful for biliary inflammation subsidise,has the role of dissolved stone row stone and reduce choledochoscope through t-tube fistula treatment of postoperative residual calculous biliary,conducive to improve take net rate,and can prevent recurrence of stones.
