显微外科治疗梗阻性无精子症的研究进展 被引量:8

Advancement in treatment of obstructive azoospermia by microsurgical approaches

摘要 显微外科技术的发展为梗阻性无精子症的治疗提供了新方法。普通外科输精管吻合术及输精管附睾吻合术手术时间长,成功率低,逐渐被显微外科手术取代,并成为治疗梗阻性无精子症的首选方法。文中就显微外科吻合术治疗梗阻性无精子症的研究进展作一综述。 The development of microsurgical approaches has opened a new era for the treatment of obstructive azoospermia.Traditional non-microsurgical approaches of vasovasostomy and epididymovasostomy are time-consuming and low in success rate,thus it has been gradually replaced by microsurgeries as the first choice for treatment of obstructive azoospermia.In this article,a review was performed on the current development of microsurgical vasovasostomy and epididymovasostomy.
