微小核糖核酸对食管癌的研究进展 被引量:3

Research progress about microRNAs and its potential use for the detection,diagnosis,therapy and prognosis of esophageal cancer

摘要 微小核糖核酸(microRNA,miRNA)是一类长度约为22个核苷酸的单链小分子核糖核酸,与肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关,癌组织miRNA表达谱与癌旁正常组织差异显著,具有癌组织特异性,是潜在的肿瘤标记物。文中就近年来miRNA与食管癌关系的研究做一综述,探讨miRNA在食管癌的检测、诊断、治疗以及预后判断上的可行性及其临床意义。 MicroRNAs(miRNA) are species of small noncoding single-stranded RNA with the lengths around 22 nucleotides.Growing evidences have indicated that miRNAs play an important role in tumorigenesis,and the miRNA expression profile in a tumor tissue is significantly different from adjacent normal tissues.Many cancers include esophageal cancer have specific miRNA expression profiles that can be used as a potential tumor markers.In this review,we summarized the latest research progress about miRNA and esophageal cancer,and discussed the possible use of miRNAs as important diagnostic and prognostic markers of esophageal cancer.
