摘要
目的:观察改良夹板治疗骨折的临床疗效。方法:将60例闭合性前臂尺桡骨中下段骨折的患者,随机分为治疗组30例,采用改良夹板固定方法治疗;对照组30例,采用传统夹板固定方法治疗,于手法复位2周后对骨折对位情况作比较,8周后对两组病人进行疗效比较评定。结果:采用改良夹板固定方法治疗后骨折的对位情况和疗效评定优于采用传统夹板固定方法。结论:改良夹板固定方法治疗前臂尺桡骨骨折可以获得满意的临床疗效,是一种简易、安全、可靠、有效的方法,值得临床推广。
Objective:To study the curing action of the improved splint during the period of fracture of ulnar and radius healing,and to analyze the mechanism of the improved splint curing fracture healing.Methods:60 closed fracture patients of ulnar and radius were randomly divided into two groups as follows:the treatment group and the contrast group,which were cured by improved splint and normal splint respectively after manipulation.Reduction condition and curative effect examination comparison were made after 2nd,8th week respectively after manipulation.Result:Curative effect examination and reduction condition in the treatment were superior to that in the contrast group.Conclusion:The method of fixation by the improved splint can achieve satisfied effect in curing fracture of ulnar and radius.It's an easy,safe,reliable and effective method in the clinical operation and is worth spreading.
