家族性偏瘫型偏头痛一例 被引量：1

摘要 患者女,41岁,因"发作性头痛9个月,再发伴神志不清、右侧肢体麻木无力12h"入院。9个月前患者无明确原因出现头痛,全头剧烈胀痛,左侧头部疼痛明显,晚间疼痛难以入眠,每次头痛伴恶心、黄视、绿视,头痛多始于月经前1～2d,每次发作1～10d不等,中间缓解期完全正常,平素自服"头痛粉、去痛片"对症治疗,头痛症状可缓解。入院前12h。
