摘要
本文采用磷钼酸哌啶盐催化氧化苯甲醛合成苯甲酸,考察了原料配比、催化剂用量、反应温度和反应时间对氧化反应的影响。确定的最佳合成条件为:摩尔比为n(H2O2)/n(苯甲醛)=3.5,催化剂用量为w(催化剂)/w(苯甲醛)=0.014,反应温度为90℃,反应时间为3.5h。在此条件下,苯甲酸的收率达到88.7%。
FBenzoic acid was prepared by catalytic oxidation of benzaldehyde in the presence of phosphomolybdate piperidinium salt.The effects of the mol ratio of H2O2 and benzaldehyde,the amount of catalyst,synthesis temperature,and synthesis time on the yield of benzoic acid were investigated.The optimum synthetic conditions for the reaction were:the mol ration of n(H2O2) /n(bezaldehyde) was 3.5,the w(catalyst) /w(bezaldehyde) was 0.014,the synthesis temperature was 90℃ and the synthesis time was 3.5h.The yield of the benzoic acid can achieve to 88.7% under the above synthesis conditions.
