摘要
本文在分析当前高职院校学生就业心理的基础上,指出了产生这些心理问题的原因,并提出了解决高职院校毕业生心理问题的途径,以便最终引导高职院校毕业生充分就业。
This paper basises on analyzes the current students psychology of employment in vocational college,pointed out the reasons for these psychological problems,and proposed approach to solve the psychological problem,so that to the ultimate guide vocational college graduates full employment.
