摘要
本文针对当前会展企业奇缺专业会展人才,而高职院校培养的会展专业学生就业难的困局,探索珠三角会展高职人才培养与市场需求的的对接研究,以期解决人才培养与市场需求脱节的问题。一方面促进会展人才的培养质量,一方面通过人才培养质量的提高促进珠三角会展行业的发展。
This paper explores the Vocational exhibition personnel training of Pearl River Delta and docking of market demand according to the predicament that exhibition companies are short of exhibition profession personnel,and students from vocational colleges are difficult to obtain employment in order to solve the gap between the personnel training and market demand.On the one hand to promote the quality of the training exhibition.On the one hand improving the quality of personnel training,on the other hand promoting the development of exhibition industry of Pearl River Delta.
