功能翻译理论对实用翻译有强大的指导意义,它能够为水利行业英语的翻译提供有力的理论保障。译者能够在其三大法则的指导下并结合功能翻译的文本分析理论,选择合适的翻译策略、方法和技巧,实现水利行业英语译文在译语文化环境中所期望达到的交际功能目的。
Functionalist approaches towards translation plays a guiding role in pragmatic translation.It provides a theoretic support for the translation of water resources industry.Under the guidance of its Skopos rule and other two rules,in combination with the text typology,translator could use appropriate strategy,method and skill to realize communicative functions of target texts in their target situation and achieve a functional equivalence.
