摘要
高校学报既是反应教学科研水平的综合性学术刊物,也是进行学术交流和科技信息传递的"窗口"。学报编辑就其服务对象而言,他只面向高等教育的教育教学研究工作者;就其办刊要求而言,他必须追求科学创新的学术性;就其奉献精神而言,他必须比其他行业的编辑要付出更多的劳动;就其文化素质而言,他的编辑专业知识必须是学者化,在其他学科知识上也应有较高的修养;就其前瞻意识而言,他必须经常关注国内外学术界教育教学的热点和生长点,并把这些信息及时转给自己的作者群和读者群。
University academic journal is not only a comprehensive academic journal that reflect the level of teaching and scientific researching but also a 'window' for academic exchange and science and technology information transmission.The editors of the university journal serve the education and teaching researchers,as well as pursue acadamic innovation.They have to work harder than editors in other fields to have expertise in speciality and other subjects.Besides,they should focuse on the hotspot and growing point of education and teaching in acadamia at home and abroad,so that they can pass information to the writers and readers of the academic journal.
