摘要
本文从梳理教师自主的概念和特点入手,分析制约大学英语教师自主性发展的内部和外部因素。随后指出由内向外的实现教师自主的有效途径:一方面教师要向内激发自身的主观能动性,树立先进的教学观念、优化外语教师知识结构、进行反思教学和行动研究等;另一方面,面对外部制约,要努力寻求替代方法,变外部束缚为创新的机遇。
Beginning with the conceptions of teacher autonomy(TA),this paper explores the internal and external factors affecting the development of TA of college English teachers.Then it puts forward a few effective measures of realization of TA.On the one hand,teachers are suggested to motivate their own subjective initiative by developing advanced teaching belief,optimizing FLT knowledge structure and conducting reflective teaching and action research;on the other hand,some external restrictions can be transfered flexibly to opportunity of innovation by searching for alternatives.
