摘要
随着我国经济发展和高等教育改革的不断深入,大学生就业难问题日趋严峻。要提高高职院校毕业生可就业能力,减少毕生就业障碍,必须调整人才培养模式,加强大学生创新创业教育以及完善提高可就业能力的条件保障。
With China's economic development and the deepening of reform of higher education,college students are becoming increasingly severe employment difficulties.To enhance employability of vocational college graduates can reduce the barriers to graduate employment,must adjust the training mode,to strengthen innovation and entrepreneurship education students as well as improve the ability to improve the conditions of employment protection.
