摘要
随着开放教育试点项目的实施,教育理念和教育运作模式发生了根本的变化,也对教材管理提出了新要求。本文根据教材管理发展的要求,阐述了远程开放教育教材管理的特点和远程教材网络信息管理系统的设计与实现及应用情况。
With the implementation of the pilot project of open education, fundamental changes have taken place in both theory and operation of education, along with new demand on the management of teaching materials. This paper, in line with the development of management for teaching materials, presents the features of management as well as the design and application of the information management system for teaching materials for distance education.
