摘要
本文基于城市化"中心区域"与"边缘区域"的划分,对西南地区城市化发展战略进行了研究。认为西南地区城市化发展应该针对"城市化中心区域"和"城市化边缘区域"进行有区别的战略设计,前者以发展都市圈、城市群、城市带为战略目标,后者则需要根据区域的实际情况,以新的理念、新的思路指导小城镇建设,以城镇为中心推动区域经济社会的全面发展。
This paper makes a study of the urbanization development strategy in southwest China. It is pointed out that different strategy designs should be made based on the classification of 'central district' and 'border district', the former takes developing 'a circle of cities', 'group cities' as target, while for the latter, it is necessary to build towns, push the economy develop forward centering on towns.
