摘要
WTO相关原则及中国政府的承诺对农地流转制度创新提出了流转主体的经济性和平等性、流转客体的完整性和明确性、流转过程的规范性,流转管理的统一性。
The WTO rules and the Chinese government promises bring forward some claims for the innovating direction of Chinese rural-land systems.These claims include the economical and equal of the transaction main boby,the integrated and definite of the transaction object,the standardiaed of the transaction process,the unified,transparend and ministrant of the transaction management,and the marketable of the transaction behaviors.
