On the Construction of Influencing Factors Model for Network Public Information Resources Utilization Efficiency

摘要从网络公共信息资源的概念、特性以及网络公共信息资源利用的任务、技术、行为特征出发,通过整合管理领域广泛应用的技术接受模型和任务技术适配模型的思想,构建可以解释和预测网络公共信息资源利用效率的影响因素的概念模型,为网络公共信息资源利用效率的评估和改进提供研究框架。 Based on the concept,features of public information resources and the characteristics of the task,technology and behavior of the use of public information resources,the paper constructs a concept model to explain and predict the efficiency of the public information resources utilization through the integration of two widely used models: Technology Acceptance Model and Technology Task Fit Model.Therefore the concept model can provide a research framework to evaluate the efficiency and improve the efficiency of the public information utilization.
