Applied Positive Psychology to Promote Mental Health Education in Universities

摘要 积极心理学反对传统心理学有关人性的消极隐喻及其对消极心理研究的过度偏爱,强调人性的积极性,主张心理学重在研究和培养人固有的积极潜力。应把握积极心理学的基本理念,以积极心理学的取向赋予学校心理健康教育新内容和更高目标,从而推进学校心理健康教育在理论基础、教育思路和技术手段上的创新。 Positive psychology takes a new psychology ideological trend,opposed to the traditional negative psychology of the metaphor of human nature and its impact on the negative preference for the Psychological Study of the over-emphasized the enthusiasm of humanity,that psychology research and training focus on the positive potential inherent that human psychology should be a positive quality of their own research.We should grasp the basic concept of positive psychology,analysis of the significance of psychologically healthy education,paying attention to person's positive cognition processing,positive emotional experience and positive social behavior,develop a positive health people.Entrusts with the university psychologically healthy education by the positive psychology's orientation to educate the new content and a higher goal,thus realizes the positive psychology to the university psychologically healthy education in the rationale,education mentality and technology innovation.
