摘要
在全球生态进程中,惟经济增长模式是形成高风险社会的重要力量,它层层累积起了掠夺自然而欠下的庞大道德成本债务。以自然景气指数为分析工具,探讨环境破坏的道德成本债务生成,检讨贫困驱动型经济增长模式,应该成为引导社会追求理性自觉、化解生态风险、探索健康发展之路的有效方法。
In terms global ecological process,the push of all - for - economy - only growth mode is now making a high - risk society,while enormous moral cost debts have been accumulated from plundering the nature. Using the natural prosperity index to discuss the moral cost of environment damage and to review the growth mode driven by poverty is an effective way of leading the society to make sensible pursuit,to resolve ecological risks,and to look for a healthy mode of development.
