摘要
本文运用机器视觉技术对整体中空复合材料受损程度进行了表征和分析。利用MATLAB软件对受损材料图像进行预处理、图像分割与特征提取、提取出特征值(受损图像的面积、周长等),进而分析低速冲击对整体中空复合材料损伤情况。结果表明,运用机器视觉技术可较为准确地衡量材料表面的受损情况,而且简单、快速、有效。
In this paper,machine vision technique was used for analyzing the damaged surface of the hollow integrated sandwich composite.The digital graph was studied by MATLAB software,and the damage of hollow integrated sandwich composite was analyzed.This paper provides a more accurate measure of the damage surface,which is simple,fast and effective.
